Refund Policy:
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging. Please contact us at info@idealyf.com to initiate the refund process. We may ask you to provide photos or other evidence of the issue with your item. Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with instructions for returning your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@idealyf.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos or other evidence of the damage or defect. We will provide you with instructions for returning your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Non-Refundable Items:
We do not offer refunds on gift cards or clearance items.
